Christian Church (St. Louis, Chesterfield, Kirkwood: living, non-denominational, inclusive)

I'm new to St. Louis and me and my family are looking to attend a church in the area. We came from a vibrant church in Phoenix and are looking for something that might come close to that here. I'll list some of the criteria I'm looking for and then maybe someone can give me suggestions to check out:

1. Within a 10 mile radius of Webster Groves.
2. Has a contemporary worship service with guitar, drums, etc. The rockier the better.
3. Medium-sized. We are not looking for a megachurch, but would prefer a church that at least has it's own building.
4. An active children's ministry (kids are 11 and 8).
5. Non-denominational is preferred, but would be open to a particular denomination if they were welcoming.
6. The church must be inclusive of all genders, races, sexual orientations, etc.
7. My preference in a pastor/focus is that the message be challenging to live a christ-like life. I've found that often some of the new breed of churches aim to entertain, and the message sometimes gets lost. I like all the contemporary worship style, but still want the message to be about living the right way.

I would definitely say check out our church in Chesterfield...best/most inspirationoal pastor in the city.
