Does anyone know about Spencer Creek apts in St. Peters? Are they safe? Crime? Layout of apts? Ins and outs etc. Whatever info. one can give...Thanks

I don't know anyone who's personally lived there, but it's in a good area, convenient to shopping, and it's hard to imagine it's anything other than almost entirely safe. Other than cringing at the thought of living off of Donner Pass (why would anyone ever name a road that!?), I think it's a fine area to consider. It's only about a 5 minute drive to I-70 so it's fairly easy for commuting as well.
