which might be turning into a scam
(there was an application fee and I emailed him yesterday and have gotten no response, and he only gave us his house phone which makes me think if we every really do have a problem are we going to be able to contact him??!?!?!)
so i think we are going to just settle for an apartment at Brentwood Place off of Manchester

Do you mean the corner of Brentwood Blvd and Manchester Road? You mention your fiancee does not like backing out or pulling into major roads from his home. This area is intensely busy. Otherwise, perhaps you are referring to another area.

There are several nice places for rent. Much nicer than Brentwood/Manchester.
