Live in Shiloh and am trying to avoid driving all the way to The Hill to buy some Caputo Type 00 flour.. anyone know of an italian store on IL side of river?

A quick Google search shows there is a Spirito's Italian Grocery store in Collinsville Il.

That was the only one I saw in the area when I did a Google search, but you can look it up ( search engine of your choice) to see if any of the other results fits your needs better.

I think the Spirito's store that was mentioned is your main option in Metro East. After all, Collinsville is known for its Italian heritage. And it's only a short drive from O'Fallon-- certainly a lot closer than driving across the PSB to the city.
