I've considered going to the Darkness haunted house, but was wondering if it was worth it or not? How long does it take to walk through? Is it a long wait to get in? Are there any better ones in the area? Thanks!

The darkness and creepy world were both pretty good last year. Creepy World was probably a bit better. The actors were very convincing with those chainsaws!

It took maybe 45 minutes to walk through Creepy World. Darkness seemed a bit smaller if I remember right. We spent maybe 30 minutes in line because they try to stagger the crowd entering so the scary stuff has time to reset for the next unsuspecting victim.

I don't think I've ever been to The Lemp Brewery or the The Cobb Factory. Fright Fest was lame the one time I went, but that was years ago.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Darkness. It felt like we were walking through Hollywood horror set after Hollywood horror set.
As for how long it takes to walk through... it think it depends on whether you take your time or race through. I happened to go through with someone who preferred to move pretty fast, and it still took us probably 40 minutes.
