Hey, everyone. In continuing my search for a place to live in the area, I came across Our House STL:

HOME

Has any of you heard of it? Or have you experienced living in such a shared housing community?

I've never heard of anything like that but it seems like an interesting concept. I guess the success/failure of it would depend on whether you like the people you're living with. I'd make sure to meet and get to know your roommates before signing a lease (or however they do it).
