I am personally not a huge fan of buffets - I don't eat large enough meals to justify going. However, there are a few that I enjoy. For Chinese - I really enjoy Emporer's Wok in Hampton Village (Hamton and Chippewa). For Brunch, I really like going to Lumiere' Casino downtown.

I'm not a fan of buffets but my husband is- we've been to the Ameristar Casino and Harrahs Casino for their buffets and if I had to pick, I'd say that Harrahs was better...

But All You Can Eat is not really my thing, so I don't consider myself an expert

Maurizio's has a good pizza buffet. Golden Corral is good, but hectic. Other chains like Sweet Tomato and CC's are okay, especially if budget is an issue. The Lemp Mansion has a great all-you-can-eat dinner on Sundays. Love that place. There is a place in McKenzie Point called Terriaki Grill, but I have not tried it. Maggiano's has a family style meal that resembles an all you can eat. I am sure there are more, but I don't recall at this moment.

In the urban core, these are the all-you-can-eat buffets that I have been to:

*Lemp Mansion (south of Soulard)- tasty Sunday "homestyle" lunch/dinner
*Vito's Pizzeria (Midtown)- decent weekday lunch buffet
*Ari's on Hampton- standard weekend brunch buffet
*Emperor's Wok (Hampton Village)- standard Chinese-American
*Everest Cafe (Downtown and The Grove)- tasty Nepalese/Korean/Indian - weekday lunch buffet
*Teppanyaki Grill (Mackenzie Point)- inexpensive mostly Asian cuisine
*Three Monkeys on Morganford- excellent Sunday brunch
*Bamboo Bistro (Downtown)- standard weekday lunch buffet

...and these are some that I have not yet sampled:

*Bixby's (in the history museum)- Sunday brunch buffet
*India's Rasoi (Clayton and CWE)
*Hunan Manor (Downtown)
*MoKaBe's (TGS)- Sunday lunch buffet
*Coco Louco Brasil (CWE)- weekday lunch buffet
*Vin de Set (Lafayette Square)- Sunday brunch buffet
*First Wok (Webster Groves)
*Bevo Mill (Bevo)- Sunday brunch buffet
*Joy Luck Buffet (Brentwood)
*Govinda's Vegetarian (CWE)
*Top of the Riverfront (Downtown)- Sunday brunch buffet
*Mangia Italiano (South Grand)- lunch buffet

For something different Seoul Garden does an all-you-can-eat Korean Barbeque, unlimited meat on the table top grill.
