I know it wasn't mentioned at all during the speech, but SFC Cory Remsburg spent a fair amount of time here in St. Louis before enlisting in the Army. He was an old friend of mine from High School and graduated from Ritenour High School. Just in case anyone happens to be from the Overland area and knew him, but missed the State of the Union Address yesterday.

You can skip to 1:19 for the speech dedicated to him, along with a minute or two of standing applause.

I didn't know him, but I will have to ask around as a lot of my family members went to Ritenour. I have a cousin there currently, and an aunt that works in the administration office.
