In the city limits, the oldest surviving building is the Old Cathedral (completed in 1834). Nothing else around at this time in the central part of the old settlement is around and independent towns that were later incorporated into the city like ONSL and Carondelet weren't around. It is possible that there is some sort of a relic outbuilding somewhere that is as old or older than the Old Cathedral, but I haven't ever seen one offered up. More than likely, the outbuilding would be a wooden shack somewhere on the outskirts of the city that somehow held up.
