Was just on local DC news. Spent a lot of time on it. Doesn't look good for the PD the way the news ran the story.

Apparently they are looting right now! It's crazy. Family Dollar and QT broken into and tanks are being brought out. They're also breaking into homes. If you guys live in the area, get out now if you can.

Yep - seems like the protest is now rolling looting through near north county.

The news is still covering the lootings. They are saying most of the looters are coming from out of town. Cops would catch looters at a store and as they drive them away to the jail more looters would show up and hit the same store.

A newspaper reporter got punched in the head, some guy at a Taco Bell got beat up and I think they said the Quiktrip burned to the ground. Mostly just stealing going on.

I jokingly said to my husband, "Well, the next thing will be loud-mouthed Al Sharpton showing up to cause more commotion, instead of allowing locals to deal with this." Guess it wasn't a joke...
