I've lived in Chicago, Milwaukee among other places, so I understand what the weather is about. St. Louis winters are cold and often gray, but down right mild and uneventful in comparison. Still not a fan of dark, colder, gray weather in Stl winters and early Spring in comparison to an acyual warmer climate, but all things are relative.

A couple of days ago we had strong winds, rain, and we lost electricity for 11 hours. Today, we got out early today and all of tomorrow for snow.
