Right down the street from my neighboorhood (Southhampton), another brave St. Louis police officer was shot:

Please pray for this brave soul and all of his brothers and sisters, and let's try to make a more peaceful and collective existence to better our city.

The officer who was shot in South City didn't die. He is expected to recover. I know someone in his family, and yesterday they said he was doing fine.

Fine for being shot in the face I suppose. I bet he was doing fine before being shot in the face.

Well yes, but the OP saying that he had died was not true. So he is doing fine considering he is alive and able to go to community events. Of course he would be better if some low life didn't ambush his vehicle, but that is not what I meant by my post.
