It was owned by a little Mexican woman and named after her. I want to say Ramona's but it's been 18 years so that could be wrong. It was right next to a little movie theater.

Ring any bells?

Can't say that it does, but I only lived there for 2 years (2002-04). My wife grew up there, though, so she might know. She even went to the restaurant that was used in the Vacation movie (Chevy Chase) - the Mexican joint where he meets Christie Brinkley.
