I am not familiar with the area around MoBap. Thought I would ask here. Does anyone know a good, clean well-kept apartment building near MoBap? Not within walking distance but close enough that if I ever required an ambulance - heaven forbid - they would automatically take me to MoBap. I am not interested in a lot of fancy amenities. What I do want is a safe place to walk (sidewalks), perhaps near a grocery store. I'd even like one with a washer/dryer in my apartment, if that isn't too much to ask. I know someone is bound to ask how much I'd pay. They always do. I have not decided. It would depend on a lot a things. But certainly not in the high teens. I just want a nice, simple, clean and well-kept-up place to live quietly. Thanks for any ideas.

Their are a number of apartment complexes along Olive Road near 270. I don't have any direct experience with them but they seem nice and probably not too pricey. The area has two Dierbergs, a Trader Joes and an Aldis as well and is somewhat walkable.

Thank you. I'll try to dig out information. You don't happen to know a name of any of those?

I m not up to date on apartments but if you stay generally in the central/west area, Mercy and MoBap would be default. Along Olive near 270 and along Manchester in Manchester/Ballwin will likely be more affordable than apartments in DesPeres or Kirkwood. Mercy and MoBap are neighbors, really only separated by 64/40 so I think you’d have to specify as the travel time would be equal.
