I searched Google and of course I received lots of restaurants with customers commenting on fall off the bone ribs at many places

I searched that term on here and surprisingly couldn't really find a topic on that

So, it's probably the most famous food tourist come to st louis for. I'll be a little specific, not looking necessarily for flavor but what place has the most tender ribs you grab the bone and the pork and fat starts falling off immediately?

I've only had one baby back ribs like that and it turned out to by far be the best one so far. I'm sure st louis would top it.

I am not a pork fan but Pappys, Sugar Fire and Salt and Smoke are known for good ribs. Salt and Smoke is the best for me but I am more of a turkey fan.

Personally - it's Sugar Fire.

I love Papppy's, and Salt and Smoke, but i find the ribs from Sugar Fire are top notch, and always tender...I will say, they don't just fall off...but dang, my teeth just SLICE through it, and there's no "pulling" involved, simply comes away in one simple motion.

Also, i've only done the one on Olive Blvd near I-170, not sure about the one in St. Charles, County.

Ok, so I went to 3 places in this order.

Sugar Fire - Best ribs I had till now on that day

Bandanas - The most tender ribs I had even out of these 3 but slightly less meaty and fatty

Pappy - Had it today, very slightly less tender than the other 2 but more fatty and meaty.

Out of those 3, Pappys is my favorite and currently my favorite ribs I ever had.

Feel free to recommend more!

Geez, makes me want to come now too. I wonder why STL is not usually mentioned along with the big four BBQ: Memphis, KC, TX, and NC. The city even have part of ribs named after itself.
