Does anyone have their child/children in either one of these schools? Do you like it? What is the curriculum like? My son is five and will be going into real kindergarden in the fall. He was past the cut off date so now I'm starting to look for a school again. So do you have any likes/dislikes? Thanks!

Hey, I went to Larimore school for Kindergarten! Not that this has any bearing on anything, since that was over 30 years ago...

I remember your posts from the last few years and it seems that you have been way overthinking the school situation for your son.

Schedule a tour of your local public school, closest Lutheran school, closest Catholic school, and North County Christian. Things like diversity, facilities, teacher-student interaction, and so on will be readily visible. You mentioned in an earlier post that your child had some issues that seemed to be keeping him out of the exclusive (and overpriced) private schools. On the tour, ask what accommodations would be made for his challenges.

If you realize that no school is perfect and can offer everything, and just focus on which school "feels" right for your child, you should know pretty quickly by the end of the tours which one to pick. If you enroll your son and later find out that the school isn't working, it is pretty easy to transfer to another school at a young age.
