I am considering purchasing a condo at the Syndicate on Olive. Does anyone have any information about this development?

Thanks!

Its considered a top tier condo building due to the amenities and overall make up of the building. That area of downtown has really improved over the last 4 years and countines to do so. There is a major grocery store opening next store. It is close to almost everything downtown including metrolink, bus service and major employers. I have lived downtown for 2 years and currently would choose another area.

You speak positively of the development & area so I'm curious as to why you would choose another area. What area would you recommend?

There's a thread on the Syndicate over at www.urbanstl.com (http://www.urbanstl.com - broken link) that should provide you with some good info from residents.
