Interesting items from the 1869 St. Louis Missouri Democrat - one about a bartender who got drunk and slept for four days and the other an ad for a clairvoyant that was actually printed on the front page of the paper. Cool old St. Louis stuff. Rackow's Saloon was at Fourth and Gratiot.
