I've recently added matcha to my diet (been mixing it with Greek yogurt) and am looking into bee pollen as well. I have a few health issues and I'm looking for more natural ways to treat them as I've had some bad luck with side effects from traditional medications.
It's too soon to tell on the matcha yet (only been using it for a week or so), but I am curious about other people's experiences with these two items, both good and bad.
I noticed a boost in energy levels with these two supplements within about a day of taking them. I take matcha every morning and bee pollen with a spoonful of manuka honey about an hour before working out.
Matcha has caffeine, so yeah, you'll get more energy.

I take royal jelly, which is different from bee pollen in that royal jelly is a secretion made from the worker bees for the nutrition and development of immature and adult queen bees (Hence the name!)
Royal jelly has highly potent anti-aging capabilities and great for the balancing of premenstrual hormones. Because it also increases both libido and fertility in men and women, royal jelly has been considered an aphrodisiac since the ancient civilizations.
Nonetheless both royal jelly and bee pollen are superfoods and you can't go wrong with either as long as it is high-quality and produced in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility.
Happy to discuss more in detail!
