Cost to add 2 car garage? (Watertown: houses, calculator, costs)

We're looking at a property that doesn't have a garage and we know we'd like to add a 2 car attached to the home, preferably one that can accommodate my husband's F350. Does anyone have any information, or a rough idea of building costs in the area for something like this? We'd be under budget with the property and would have about $40k-$50k for the addition; is that realistic? Thanks in advance.

Any project calculator will work as building matials cost the same here as anywhere. Labor will be higher but not much to building a garage. F-350 is a standard sized light truck so no worries there.

For 50K you could easily build THE palace of all time garages. 3-5 bays, heated, heck put a crapper in for that kinda money. Prolly better then half the houses in Upstate NY don't cost that much. For that money prolly put in heated floors and a man cave area with full bar and 75" TV.

I'm not kidding. Basic garage should be a fraction of 50K.
