Chorong House on E. Fayette is in my top 5 restaurants. It's exellent Korean Food. Pricy, though.
If you want good Chinese, check out China Road in Mattydale. China Pavilion in Westvale Plaza is pretty good too.
Also, with you being from the Binghamton area, for a good spiedie, you may want to check out Uncle Chubby's. Defnitely a hole in the wall spot though. Two doors down is the good Second North Deli with homemade potato chips and good sandwiches.

sorry, I didn't see their menu wasn't attached to their website. http://www.cnymenus.com/menus/welcomeinn.pdf
I haven't had anything bad from there. they usually have daily specials too. Awesome pierogie and anything pork.

I have to put that on my list. Eva's European Sweets has good pierogies too, but I want to check out Welcome Inn's out as well.
+1 Spoken like a true foodie especially on the traditional cart style (be careful with the pre-made frozen dim sum). It is better than no dim sum but it is far from good as someone claimed it.
Actually, that poster was the one that brought it up. Yikes!
Another place that I know some like is the Retreat in the village of Liverpool.
Read it again and by the way, it is a she. SHE mentioned dim sum from a restaurant I mentioned.
Yes but you have said that restaurant is good. She clearly knows more than you about that restaurant especially when she mentioned about not having the push carts. If you know anything about Dim Sum then you would have mentioned what she said.
