Most hot dogs are beef. You put ketchup on your cheeseburgers, right? Why not a hot dog?

Now mayonnaise on a hot dog is nasty.

Sabretts are good, but like a typical downstater, I'm partial to the Nathans.

Heh, most run of the mill 'dogs are a mix of chicken and pork, with a smidge of beef tossed in. But I get ya. I'm a mustard & relish guy, myself (I save my ketchup for my fries)

Dijon or spicy horseradish mustard and dill relish. No ketchup.
