Are you just looking for something Insurance or Customer Service related or could you look in other industries?

Customer Service is a great way to break into a new industry. Unfortunately, it is difficult to break in because of my experience. I have been trying to strip down my resume to make me more competitive.

I see. What I'm trying to get at, is that if you can find things that you have done at your current or past places of employment that are relevant to the industries you want to go into, I'd include them in your resume.
