I guess Andy Rautins since he got a year of run in the NBA with the Knicks.
Blatche was a good call, most people forget he was from Syracuse, because he didn't play for Syracuse (or at any college).
Obviously, neither of those two are the best, but I added them to the list.
Good calls in mentioning the Baldwinsville and J-D products.
I don't know if this guy would necessarily count, but Adonal Foyle did play his Junior and Senior years of high school basketball at Hamilton Jr/Sr High. He went on to play three years at Colgate, where they went to the NCAA Tournament I believe twice and played for the Golden State Warriors and Orlando Magic in the NBA. He was a 6"10' big man that is originally from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and played his first couple of years of HS ball at Cardinal O'Hara in the Philly area. At Hamilton, they lost in the Class D state Final Four to Clyde-Savannah his Junior Year and beat Hermon-DeKalb his Senior year in the state title game.

Good call. I'm a huge Syracuse fan, even as a kid, and I remember him choosing to go to Colgate over Syracuse. That was shocking. I think his parents (or guardians) were Profs at Colgate though if I recall correctly.
Another person that came to mind is Breanna Stewart(Cicero-North Syracuse and current UConn Women's Basketball player) at 6"5' and a 7"1' wingspan, was one of, if not the most dominant HS Basketball player in the area. Won a couple of state titles and the Gatorade National Player of the Year. Has already won a National Championship, a NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player award and a National Player of the Year award.
Dorsey Levens is a good one. I'd add in former NFL corner Will Allen. He graduated from Corcoran (and SU) was a 1st Round pick (2001-22nd overall to the Giants), and went on to have an 11 year career, playing for the Giants and Dolphins. He also was signed by New England for 2012, but was placed on IR before the season started and did not play.
I wouldn't put him on the list yet, but someone to keep an eye on is Patrick Corbin. He's a CNS grad, and currently a starting pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He missed all of 2014 after having Tommy John surgery, but before the surgery he was supposed to be the Dbacks opening day starter.
