lol no joke, I just talked to Donavan (owner) on the phone like 2 weeks ago! No experience with this company specifically but he is a great, very knowledgeable, and honest guy. I will likely be working with him in the future for real estate stuff. He had mentioned to me he had a lease to own business but I had no clue this was it! Small world!
