Recos for Property Management Co in Syracuse? (real estate, leasing)

Hi! My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a few multi family houses in the city of Syracuse. We live about 4 hours away so we were looking to hire a Prop. Mgmt company to take care of the snow removal, lawn care and gen. main. of the properties.

Could anyone please recommend a good company and provide details on services provided and prices if you have?

There are usually one or two people who do the snow removal and lawn mowing in the neighborhood. That you should be able to handle from out of town. The repair problems and leasing issues are more difficult if you're not local. You might find a real estate agent who handles management or can recommend someone.
