Welcome to CNY, I just moved back here from Vegas a few months ago. Unless you like the oppressive heat you wont regret the move. As far as utilities go, if Phoenix is similar to Vegas (I had NV Power,SW Gas, etc) you'll find util costs alittle lower here--especially the cost of water. In the summer in NV my electric ran about 275 a month and about 120 for gas (2300 sqft single level), so far here (granted we havent had alot of heat yet and really have not used our ac yet) I am averaging 225 a month (for both) and thats with 1 server and usually some musical equipment always on
