I assume that you have electric heat which would tend to drive up your bills. As far as my electric bills, I assure you I am not exaggerating. We are conservative with electric for the most part. Lights out when leaving the room, ect, however, my older computer is on almost all the time, and we do listen to music most of the day.

Trailers are badly insulated. All the heat is going straight out of the walls and that's probably why your bills are so high. Same thing in reverse in the summer if you run AC, the poor insulation means the heat goes in as fast as the AC dumps it back outside.
