Anyone know where one of these is available? Everywhere I search is out of stock. I assume they are all gone by now but was hoping there was a chance.

The Sams Club web site shows the $99 model, but states that you should check with your local club for availability. It may be worth a call if you have a membership (it's only $40 for a membership if you don't have one, or know someone that does).
The following places show them as available, but with the old price. It may be worth calling them to see if they are selling at the $99 price, or if they are going to drop the price.
I don't know if it hasn't been changed to reflect that there aren't going to be more, or if there are actually some manufacturing runs that are going to be completed and then put on sale.

It took several tries but I finally got one through CDW. 122.05 w/shipping and taxes.
I just talked to CDW sales support. They were not able to fulfill my order and it has been canceled. I received an order confirmation but did not receive a cancellation email. You might want to contact CDW to make sure your order went through.
There is a online store Erwincomputers.com that has the 16GB for $129. Their online site shows that it's in stock.
And only $30 more than everyone else too, cheaper than ebay though
A few sites show it in stock, but when you try to order it, it fails.
