I just bought myself a Nook Color w/ apps, 17 magazines, email, WiFi internet access, & movie streaming, HOWEVER, I know nothing about Nooks. It's got so many features, the one I got is more like a tablet.

My main question is what's the differences between a Nook Tablet & a regular computer tablet (that for example Dell or HP sells)?
What are the other fees involved w/ having a NOok Color besides buying books for $9.99 or less?
Anything else at all you guys can tell me would be great too!
