$99 and this is the Signature Edition which includes NO BLOATWARE.
This tablet comes with a one year subscription to Office 365, which can also be installed on a PC. If you're interested in Office, get this and your tablet is only $30.
Personally I suggest sticking to name brand tablets and yea...Polaroid would be considered a name brand, but they really aren't known for quality Android tablets. I'd pass.
The Insignia Flex Android tablets from Best Buy or CowBoom or ebay are good for the price. I bought a new 8" NS-15AT08 quad core and I love it. I use Kingsoft WPS Office and an iHome Bluetooth keyboard that I bought for $10 to make it more like a PC. It's KitKat Android.
Then, feeling adventuresome, I bought a used 10.1" NS-14T004 quad core Jelly Bean Android tablet for my parents who need a larger screen. It's currently $150 at Best Buy, new. The used one I bought was about $58 shipped and included the charger. Very nice machine but a bit large and heavy to hold for long periods of time. It's better in a case or stand.
I bought myself a used 7" NS-15AT07 dual core (KitKat) to use mainly as a OBD scanner / monitor in the vehicles. It cost about $30 and sells for $65 new. All of these three models have Bluetooth.
As someone pointed out in a review of the NS-14T004 online, the main drawback to having a rather obscure tablet is that after some point the vendor stops supplying upgrades for the operating system, and there are no custom ROMs that you can use, either. You can root these with Kingo Root and use Superuser and all that.
The two used tablets I bought have decent battery life. The 10.1" tab was really like-new and the battery life is great. The 7" one runs down pretty fast but there are complaints about the new ones having short battery life. The 8" that I bought new has great battery life, too.
Staples is offering an Ipad mini 2, 16gb and wifi for $239 on Nov 27-28
