I am having trouble figuring out how to save resumes on my Kindle fire tablet. In careerbuilder it asks me to browse for resume but neither of the options work.

You can't easily. Amazon doesn't let you easily access the file system on a Kindle Fire. Do you have any cloud storage options like DropBox?

Are you saying that

a) you can view the resumes, but not save them, or

b) that you can't view them at all?

If it's a), you should be able to access recently downloaded PDF files (I'm assuming resumes would be PDF but I could be wrong here) through the "Downloads" option in the browser.

If it's b), the Fire browser just may not be compatible with CareerBuilder. See if there is a mobile site or app available. If not, there might not be a way to view the resumes on the Fire.

No file manager is included, but one can download file managers, such as ES File Explorer, from the Amazon app store.

A similar situation exists with most Android devices- it's rare to see a file manager included in an Android device, but there are file managers available from Play Store.

Default re

Actually I figured it out, now I am trying to figure how to copy and paste, it's not working. Some sites doesn't give you the option to browse your cover letter so I am trying to copy and paste but it's not working. I won't have a comluter for a week so I am trying to use my tablet in the meantime.
