That tablet supports a microSD card up to 64 GB.

The manual suggests that it can. Flash drive, probably not, and not even sure why you would want to, but it should work with an external USB drive.

^ aside from size, whats the difference between a usb flash drive and an external usb drive.

I believe that if you tablet incorporates at least Wi-Fi, there should be some external Wi-Fi hard drives you can use with it.
