3 months ago I sent Samsung Galaxy S4 tablet for repair because even when videos were downloaded to internal or external memory, the images would sometimes look distored. This also happened when I would stream videos and everything is working fine with internet. So they changed the screen. I sent it for repair agan for the same reason and they told me they changed the motherboard because the device didn't have power but it did and I used it unplugged before shipping it to them so how does changing the motherboard fix the problem with distorted pictures and videos even when the videos are already downloaded to internal and external memory? Techinical support couldn't explain and they said only the people who do the repairs can explain but they can't be contacted to talk to customers.

The Graphics Processor Unit, (GPU) is on the motherboard. I'm guessing they suspected that was the problem?

Or where the screen attached to the MotherB was broken. It surely could have been the issue.

You think they're lying to you?

I have extended warranty until July 2002 so I will keep sending it for repair whenever something is wrong with it.

It didn't fix thr problem so I am going to send it for repair again tomorrow. Last time this happened, they changed the screen and that worked for months so that's what they need to do again.
