I bought it on the second Surface Book but that's because the first one had battery swelling around 18 months which popped the screen out. I really like the Surface Book but yeah, it's overpriced and at least with the first generation pretty crappy. Second generation has been much more solid, no problems so I wasted $300... on a $3,000 laptop though, worth it. Stupid to spend that much on a laptop but we've all got our vices.
