Which tablets have cases that can be viewed 90% other than kindle fire tablets? I like to view them at 90 degree angle like a TV on a wall or very close to 90 degree.

There are keyboard cases for many that would allow this like the Brydge Pro.

I don't like keyboards on tablets.

You don’t have to use the keyboard. It can be used just to hold the tablet at your desired angle. I do have one keyboard case that I used that way before (holding the tablet at 90 degrees). I have yet to see a non-keyboard case do what you want. If there is one, good luck finding one.

90 degrees is tough without a base. There are back cases that have a leg pop out like a photo frame, but they are not exactly 90 degrees. More like 60-75 so they don’t tip over.

One of the best and one that can be viewed at almost any angle is the Surface Pro.

True...but not a “case” exactly.

The Surface has the "case" built-in lol. The keyboard which is detachable also serves to protect the screen when you fold it up. I'm sure you can get an extra "case" for it as well.

It's a handy feature. Disclaimer: I've got a SP3 and a SP6, as well as a Surface 3 in a drawer somewhere. My kids use them (in an Otterbox-like case) for school.

Yep. I have the Surface 3 (Thinking of moving up to a Surface Go). The kickstand is very handy, and I found another folding case for it as well.
