I am thinking about getting one. What are your opinions if you have a Samsung Tablet?

Which one? They sell many across many different price points.

I’ve had several, most running Android, one runs Windows. Great screens in the higher priced models.

I was looking at the higher priced ones mostly because they are larger. One or two of them come with a key pad or whatever it called. I wonder if it will be basically flat like the smaller one I saw on display. Does yours have a key pad?

I have a few -

Galaxy Tab S (no keyboard), Android, 2014

Galaxy TabPro S Gold (with keyboard), Windows, 2016

Galaxy Tab A (no keyboard’, Android, 2019

All had different price points and features.

I have only had computers, but never a Tablet. What features do you not like? Do you know anything about the new ones coming out? It works like an Android cell phone, correct? Is there something I should be aware of?

It’s extremely subjective. I don’t use them for the same things as I use a laptop for - more for media consumption, browsing, casual email, a few games. Yes, most are Android devices.

The higher priced models usually have much better screens (higher resolution and often OLED which is great for watching movies or TV shows), usually more storage and a faster CPU. Otherwise all are generally functionally similar.

Thanks for your info. What is the difference between the Qualcomm and Samsung Processor? The ones that haven't came out yet only come with a Qualcomm.

No real difference probably, except the Qualcomm chips are typically used for phones as well. I’m not up to speed on the Samsung CPUs.

Qualcomms have historically been better and are generally the ones you want.

I just realized - it’s Snapdragon vs Exynos.

Looks like only a slight difference now, and of course it’s market-dependent on what you get.
