Hello. I am a student at FSU and was wondering if anyone could help me find nice apartments kind of close to campus. The thing is I also have a son so I want somewhere nice and maybe newer for him. Thanks!

Meridian Place Apartments are on the bus line (literally - bus stops right in front of office area) and relatively close to FSU. They are just out of range of the student housing, but still close enough to allow for fast transit.
My friend moved in on an almost two month free special with no deposit! It's a quiet area close enough to most entertainment and downtown.

If my wife and I could move into the dorms, we would. We pay more for an apartment here than we did in Atlanta. They look nice, but they are buggy, drafty, inefficient, and poorly maintained.
