Hey everyone, I'm an FSU student thinking about moving into a 1/1 apartment next year because I'm tired of living with roommates.

A couple of places I have found cover water and sewer charges, so I would have to cover the electric myself? How much should I expect to pay per month?

I'm very efficient, always make sure to turn my lights off, etc.(have had my air off for almost 3 months now. yea, I know it may be dumb but in my apartment now my roommates and I don't even run the heat.)

Also, the places I'm looking at don't have washers and dryers in the units so I know that has to save on electric some.

Any guesses?

Thanks!

Depends on the property age, construction etc... It shouldn't be unbearable

Depends on the square footage of the apartment, too. It may average around $50/month.
