Any good Tallahassee parks to run/jog at?

I usually run barefoot, and not always enjoy the sidewalks or the feeling of concrete here, so if there are places in Tallahassee that has a field of grass, too, that would be helpful to know about as well.

Any information would be great!

Be careful with the barefoot running; try Tom Brown Park or Park Meadows off Meridian at Miller Landing Road.

You should contact Gulf Winds Track Club (a longtime, local running club - they have a website) -- I'm sure they can provide some very helpful advice.

Miccosukee Greenway. Lake Ella is nice for a shorter run around sunrise/sunset (but it is pavement.)
