I think we decided that Victoria Grand is out because I would get charged a hotel tax for renting less than 6 or 7 months. Victoria Grand ends up being around $1900 a month, which is a bit ridiculous for Tally. We're looking at Evergreens at Mahan, which is still expensive, but much less than VG. We are also looking at Tallahassee Center, which is about the same as Victoria Grand, but is furnished, in a good location, and is the urbanist living I am fond of. I'd really prefer renting someone's condo, but we're having some trouble finding people interested in renting them.

Look at Paddock club, its quite nice. Also look on park avenue, nice places there.

Its a good choice if you have the cash... Gotta be extremely expensive to be downtown.

My parents said they will pay for it since it is furnished and meets all of the requirements I need. Through the nose is relative. For Tally, it is. For Philly, it's a lot less than my friend pays for his average looking apartment in downtown Philly.

I live in Killearn and there are several townhomes for rent in my little development, right on the golf course. My rent is $975 a month and love it here. Very quiet neighborhood for the most part.
