Hi. My husband and I are new to the area-after having been out of work for several months, he landed a job in which he works in Tallahassee. Currently he resides there (more cost effective this way) while the children and I live about 2 hours away with family. Shortly, we will be in a good spot financially to be able to afford our own place again. Our issue is that we don't know what area in/around Tally is what we are seeking.

What makes it "the best city in the area?" Does this refer to single lifestyle, families with small children, or all around?
