Maybe some of the Tally Locals can help me. Which one of these School Zones do feel is best in your opinion? From Elementary to Highschool. I have a child that would be starting in elementary. Maybe if you could, break out your crystal ball and forecast where these schools, school zones and neighborhoods may be in the next decade or so. Pros and Cons. Thanks.

Chiles will be the most expensive neighborhoods, with home values rising.

Leon pulls from good neighborhoods also, but is more reasonable.

Pros for Chiles: Home value appreciation, Safe,

Cons: cookie cutter, lacking in diversity.

Pros for Leon: Affordability of housing
Neighborhood diversity

Cons: none.

Leon pulls from some sketchier neighborhoods than it did in the past. My opinion is that Chiles' feeder patterns are much better than Leon's.
