Hello,
I have an interview at Florida State, and wanted to throw around a few questions.
1. What would be a good place for lunch? Want to make sure my 4 hour drives each way isn't a complete wash either way.
2. Also planning on hitting up Landis Green, the capital observatory, Cascades Park, and Governor's Square (seems like a nice safe area that is still less than a 10 minute commute) anything else I should see?
3. Any other things I should consider (or even know about the culture or university in general that might help me in the interview, or to make an informed decision if I do get hired.
Thanks everyone!

If you like the outdoors check out Lake Ella, and Tom Brown park. We also have 2 greenways (miccosukkee and JR Alford).

Lunch, do Hopkins for the best sandwiches.

In the mood for Pizza? Momos

Burger? Check out Monks (Wells Brothers) bar and grill.

Take a drive on one of our 7 canopy roads.

Will do! Thanks. I figure if I'm
Driving all that way, I might as well make a day of it. Interview is in early afternoon, so I'll probably heed one of your suggestions for lunch, hit up a park or two, see the capital observation deck and maybe even check out a museum, aim not to leave Tally till 5-6 after getting there like 11.

The Edison at Cascades Park would be a great place for lunch.
