I am a 28 year old who lives in CT. My partner and I will be moving in about a year, and both going to FSU. I have looked online at many apartments. I also looked at crime rates for areas etc. We will take a trip there to scope out places as time gets closer. As for now, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with information. We really liked Azalea Place and Blairstone At Governers Square in East Towne. Also, The Enclave @ Huntington in Huntington Estates. Are these safe places? Some crime telling sites said they are, and some say they are not.

We want something that is in a safe location and preferably quiet. An area that isn't too busy, but also not too far from the college. The price range we are looking for is $1000 a month max.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks much!

I would rent at ashford club. It's probably the best apartment in Tally. It's safe, near everything in midtown and well maintained.

Wow i completely disagree with the above. Tallahassee votes democratic and as a whole is very liberal and progressive.
