My spouse and I are relocating to the Tallahassee area with our son. We have been searching all over the internet for apartments that we can rent. Everywhere that I have found is for "student housing" none of us are considered a college student, and realistically, would prefer to live somewhere relatively quiet. When I tried calling a few of these student housing apartment complexes, they told me that the monthly rent online is based on PER BED. For 3 people, it would be over $1,400/mo. for the 3 of us to rent at places like that. Does anyone have any suggestions on where we can try looking for rentals that do not charge per bed?

Arborproperties.com/tallahassee.

All of the apartments are very nice.

Try the Ashford Club at betton hills. Very nice as well.

Look at these neighborhoods:
