Hello, my family and I are moving to Tallahassee this winter. Will be near Chiles High. Advice on anything and everything please? Doctors, furniture stores, utilities, pool service companies, etc... I will appreciate any advice! Thank you

Best insurance is Capital Health Plan, try to get on that if your employer offers it. Your utilities will be either city of tally or Talquin depending on where you live up there. Both are good, talquin is a bit cheaper than the city, but the city has the best service.

Doctors.. try Tallahassee primary care associates for a Dr.

Furniture stores havertys, Ashley, turners,

You will be in a convenient area close to lots of things. Welcome

You are going to need a well-maintained car that is active at all times. The bus system is notoriously inefficient and pricing on rideshare services if and when you have to use them is kind of weird.

Based on what you stated you'll be living in or around the Killearn area. That area is for all intents and purposes basically more of a suburb than a real "part of" Tallahassee. It's fairly self-contained and not really that different from a small Florida town in decent economic condition. Think a lot of strip-mall chain stores and fast-casual dining.

For doctors, I'd suggest TPCA although there are a lot of other options out there in the city.
