Hi can anyone help me out by telling me approximately how far or long is the drive from Orlando to Tampa....PLEASE! I'm moving and Orlando seems so much cheaper but my job will be in Tampa. Are there toll roads and if so is it any way around them to get to and from. If I get one reply back that would be great. Thanks

My experience has been about 90 minutes IF traffic is moving. I have yet to see a major traffic jam but I do not typically do that trip during rush hour(s).

Depending on where, exactly, in each city you are living and working and whether you drive in rush hour or not it could probably range from 1.5 hours to 2.5.

You don't want to live in Orlando if your job is in Tampa. The commute will be long and expensive. Where in Tampa will you be living.

That is pretty close to where we live. What price range are you looking at for housing?
