Unfortunately we see our share of folks who are unhappy living in Tampa Bay because of X reason. We don't want you to be one of those ppl.

This move lifestyle wise is a great one for the family and I LOVE Georgia so I am having a hard time making this change but I am open to it, I do like the beach and hope we can indeed find something there soon...

For some reason, I am assuming government laws that promote social engineering, it is just about impossible to find newer (than 15-20 years old) developments that don't have apartments as part of the master plan. I don't know for sure, but I have assumed that to get a development approved, you must have housing for lower-income people.

What parts of Southern Tampa would be a good place to look, we are looking at one home in Fishhawk Trails, but that is the only one not rented already at or under $3000 a month for 4 bedroom + pool

This move lifestyle wise is a great one for the family and I LOVE Georgia so I am having a hard time making this change but I am open to it, I do like the beach and hope we can indeed find something there soon...
