The whole question thingy at the top..

Where is your employment and the hours you will be working.

Not sure yet, I know that I will be attending school full time. Also I tend to work from home as that is easier.

What is your budget for housing. Do you want to rent or buy?

I'd like to buy something, but I'm no fool I don't have the credit for it. So renting, as for renting I'm not even sure what is a good price. Where I live at now I pay 550 a month for a four bedroom house. The house is in a neighborhood on the decline once again. As for how much I'm willing to pay, nothing say over 1200. Maybe something that is in a walkable neighborhood, I have a dog, he likes to walk. Where I am at now, I'm likely to get shot.

Are schools a concern?

I don't have any children, but I know that my sister will move with me and she does have two kids. Both are in elementary school. The youngest is very bright, but also has trouble walking and may need assistance with that. Now he attends a daycare that is also does PT (an all in one type package thing).

What is an acceptable commute time?

Something short. Even now I live on the outskirts of the city, it normally takes about 30 minutes to get to anyplace good. Really I don't mind to travel.

What else is important to you?

Public Transit, I am not sure how well it is. I am coming from a city that has decided that good public transit is one that is cutting down one the number of buses and routs. I won't lie I'd like to live in a place that would allow me to catch a bus and get to school. I will likely be going to a local community college until that lovely instate rates kick in.

Added Notes:

I have lived in St. Pete before. I was in Kindergarten and I don't remember a whole lot about the city. All I know is that we walked everywhere, there was some type of museum with a huge T-Rex out front and a mall type thing at the end of pier. Also we lived in the ghetto, but according to my mom it was near downtown.

Any help would be nice.. maybe a good nudge at a good place to rent. I really don't want to end up in the ghetto, I already live in one.
